What is the process for ordering personalized stationery?
Select stationery of your choice. In Personalization Box, type characters you would like to have printed on the stationery. Each design is different. All will state how many characters you may use. Review your characters carefully. Decide quantity. Add to cart.
What is the turnaround?
Turn around is 3-10 business days on most items.
May I change the wording provided in sample?
Yes, of course. When purchasing your items, you will type the exact text characters you desire in the personalization box. Please note the available number of characters you may choose. The limits vary depending on the design you choose, and they are given to maintain the layout of the stationery.
May I change the font?
No. We have carefully chosen the font in each design so that they match the personality of the stationery.
May I automatically preview a design with my name and details?
No. Since we take the time to individually print your stationery and do not rely on a program to auto-generate your order, we do not offer automatic previews.
Will you proof read my text?
Yes. If we happen to catch a typo, we will make the appropriate change, but we are not responsible for your content. Please proofread your order several times. We will print it exactly the way you submit it. Be sure to check punctuation as well as spelling, lower case and upper case text.
What is your refund policy?
Sorry, once we begin work on your order we do not offer refunds. However, if you contact us within 1 day of ordering and if we haven’t yet started production , we’ll gladly cancel your order and issue a full refund. Just email us with the “REFUND” in the subject line, or call us immediately @ (903) 378-3195.
