* Our online store is open 24/7 for your shopping convenience.

* Shipping and handling, plus Delivery Confirmation will be added to each order. (it is not included in the sale price)  
 
*All major credit cards and E-Checks are accepted through palpal.  Paypal is a safe and secure method of online payment and uses a powerful encryption method to help protect your private information.  You no longer have to have a paypal account to pay with your credit card.  When making a purchase, you are given the option to sign up for a paypal account or to make a straight forward payment using a major credit card.  If you have questions about Paypal's security you can go to www.Paypal.com.

* Orders will be accepted through the mail using personal check, money order, or cashiers check.  Once payment has cleared, items will be shipped.

 *Federal law requires that Between Friends Stationery and Home Decor collect sales tax on all orders being shipped to addresses within Texas.  Orders shipped to all other states in the U.S. are exempt from sales tax.
 
 * We ship USPS-Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.  All items shipped between 3-10 days after payment is received.

* Nearly all of our products are designed and personalized in house to ensure quick order production and high standards of product quality.

* We ship USPS, UPS or Federal Express on very large items, which ever will be the best price.

* International customers must contact us for additional shipping charges.

* Returns and Refunds-Items must be returned in their original condition.  Please contact us by e-mail for a return authorization number.  We will not be responsible for return shipping fees and it must be insured for full value of the item.  We will issue a store credit only.  Shipping fees, and signature confirmation fees are non refundable.  Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase date.

* Any damages must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt.
 

* If breakage is involved in the reason for refund or return, we will need confirmation by a photo of the broken or damaged products, instead of returning the damaged items to us.  We will replace all broken products and pay the shipping to get them to you.  
   
 
* We apologize, but we are unable to change or cancel an order online.  Personalized items are not returnable or refundable.  We ship within 3-10 days.  If your order is already printed or shipped we will not be able to cancel your order.  Please contact us by email or phone (903) 378-3195 as soon as possible for cancellation of your order.  Please review your order carefully before you submit it.  By placing your order, you agree to our online policy.
  • From time to time, despite our best efforts and intientions, errors do happen.  When they do, we will have you contact us first to let us know what happened.  We may or may not ask you to return the incorrect item.  Should we make an error in your originial written instructions, we will replace your personalized item, free of charge.  Notify us within 3  days of receipt of your order.  We will redo the order as it was initially ordered only.  Changes to orders on redos are not possible.  We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations under any circumstances but we gladly correct the order if it is our mistake.
  •  Remember that everyone's monitor is a bit different.  We try to picture everything as clearly as possible.  Please use the sample shown online only as an estimate of the design and ink color you will get in the actual product.
* All our designs on our website were created and are owned exclusively by Between Friends.  They may not be reproduced or used in any way without written consent.
